Job Brief

We are seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR strongly understands the sales process. They excel at researching leads, initiating new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Utilize HubSpot, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  2. Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
  3. Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  4. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  5. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
  6. Report to our Growth Associate with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.


  1. Minimum two years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a related role.
  2. Fluent in English and Arabic is a must.
  3. Hands-on experience with CRM software and B2B SaaS platforms is advantageous.
  4. Understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
  5. Quick learner with a passion for sales.
  6. Self-motivated and results-driven.
  7. Capable of delivering engaging presentations.
