Job Brief

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team at Ballurh. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our analytics solutions’ user experience and interface. You will translate complex reactive data into a proactive, intuitive, and visually appealing design, ensuring our products are user-friendly and stickiness. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will work to understand user needs and business objectives, iteratively design and validate solutions, and contribute to the overall growth of our product in KSA and other markets where we expand.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, to understand user needs and business objectives in humanizing data, making it proactive and empowering users to act on it.
  2. Translate user requirements and product goals into intuitive and visually appealing designs that effectively communicate complex data insights.
  3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to prototype and validate design ideas that humanize data and enhance user understanding.
  4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions that make data proactively accessible and actionable.
  5. Iterate designs based on facts, feedback, and usability testing results to improve the user experience and humanize data interactions continuously.
  6. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently while maintaining a human-centered approach to data.
  7. Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across the platform while humanizing data representations.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and data visualization.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process, particularly in humanizing data.
  3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a focus on humanizing data interactions.
  5. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis, with a focus on making data accessible and actionable.
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale while humanizing data.
