Job Brief

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy, positioning, go-to-market activities, and product management functions of Ballurh and its analytics solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, drive customer adoption, and support the overall growth of our product in KSA, and other markets where we expand.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends in KSA, and other markets where we expand.
  2. Define the product positioning and messaging, ensuring clear communication of the unique value proposition to target customers in different retail segments.
  3. Collaborate with the Product Management team to understand the product roadmap, prioritize features, and define the product strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  4. Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and plans, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
  5. Create persuasive marketing collateral, such as product datasheets, white-papers, case studies, and presentations, to support sales efforts and drive customer adoption.
  6. Partner with the Sales team to develop sales tools, including sales decks, product demonstrations, and competitive battle cards, to enable effective customer engagement and conversion.
  7. Conduct customer segmentation and analysis to identify target markets and develop targeted marketing initiatives to reach and engage specific customer segments.
  8. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, content marketing strategies, and social media initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  9. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements, pricing adjustments, and new market penetration.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, to gather insights and support customer advocacy programs.
  11. Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market data to evaluate product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  12. Provide input into the product roadmap, features prioritization, and development process based on market feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer needs.
  13. Collaborate with the Product Management team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product enhancements and new features.
  14. Analyze and report on key product metrics, market trends, and campaign performance to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and optimize future initiatives.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  2. Proven experience of at least 4-6 years as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role in the software industry, preferably in retail F&B or POS software.
  3. Strong understanding of the retail F&B industry, with expert knowledge of the KSA, and other related markets in the region.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and create engaging marketing content.
  5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  6. Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, product launches, and product management functions.
  7. Familiarity with digital marketing channels, content marketing, and social media platforms.
  8. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
  9. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  10. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
