Job Brief

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage client relationships in KSA and nearby areas. The ideal candidate should have a proven record in Retail and B2B SaaS. They’ll focus on building relationships, handling competition, and keeping customers happy. As part of our sales team, they’ll be proactive in finding growth opportunities for clients, using analysis to stay ahead. Collaboration and problem-solving skills are a must as we move forward.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners by understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements.
  2. Coordinate resources internally and externally to ensure smooth workflow.
  3. Facilitate communication between upper management and employees.
  4. Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
  5. Work towards and achieve organizational goals while adhering to best practices.
  6. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Growth Associate.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum two years of experience as an Account Executive or in a related role.
  2. Fluent in English and Arabic is a must.
  3. Hands-on experience with CRM software and B2B SaaS platforms is advantageous.
  4. Understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
  5. Quick learner with a passion for sales.
  6. Self-motivated and results-driven.
  7. Capable of delivering engaging presentations.
